I have keratoconus in both eyes, have undergone a corneal transplant, and have had several other eye surgeries due to my condition. What makes Dr. Kauffman exceptional is that he is not only doing his job—he genuinely wants to help improve his patients’ quality of life. For example, he asks about activities you used to enjoy and then provides tools and solutions to help you do them again. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.
